Our ECU tuning file service supplies workshops and tuners with tuning files, usually within 20 to 40 minutes – developed and checked on our own dyno in Krostitz, near Leipzig.

How our ECU tuning file service works
Four steps take you from the original file you read to the finished tuning file.
2Upload the original file
Upload the file you read from the vehicle and choose the service: stage 1, a custom calibration or economy tuning.
3Processing
Usually within 20 to 40 minutes, and within one hour at most – Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm.
4Download and write
Download the finished file and write it with your tool. If something is not right, we revise it – without using extra credits.
Files that arrive outside service hours, or on German public holidays, are started at the beginning of the next service day.
File services
You order these services in the portal for each original file you upload.
Stage 1
Map optimisation for more power and torque on standard hardware, calibrated for the control unit in question. The standard choice for most customer vehicles.
Custom calibration
A calibration for one vehicle, for example when drivability or a particular load range needs special attention.
Economy tuning
Economy files reduce fuel use instead of raising peak power. A common request from fleets, vans and long-distance trucks.
Dyno measurement
On our dyno we measure power and torque before and after the calibration. You book the measurement as its own service, on site with us.
Developed on our own dyno
Our tuning files are not written at a desk alone: we develop and check them on our own dyno in the workshop in Krostitz.

File service for tuners worldwide
We also look after tuners outside Germany, with support in German and English. The portal and the ticket system can be used from anywhere. Service hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm (CET/CEST).
As a file service for dealers we offer the same terms everywhere: free registration, credits that do not expire, fixed turnaround times and revisions included.

By phone, WhatsApp or the ticket system in the portal, in German and English. Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm (CET/CEST).
Do you work with tuners outside Germany?
Yes. Tuners from abroad are welcome. The portal and the ticket system work from anywhere, and support is in German and English.
