For workshops, tuners and dealers
The ECU tuning file service supplies workshops and tuners with tuning files, usually within 20 to 40 minutes.
Files are developed and checked on our own dyno before they are ready to write to the control unit.

Four steps take a stock file from your tool to a modified file you can write back. The read file stays the basis of the job, and the written brief states the goal. Registration in the portal is free. You pay for the work with credits, not with a subscription on this page.

Send the original read from the vehicle and state what you need: stage 1, a custom calibration, or an economy file. Master and slave files from the tools listed below are accepted.
Within the service hours, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm (CET/CEST), a file is handled in 20 to 40 minutes as a rule, and within one hour at most.
You collect the file in the portal and write it with your own tool. If the result is not what you asked for, a revision is included and does not cost extra credits.
Files that arrive outside these hours are taken up at the start of the next service day.
The file service covers the calibrations workshops ask for in daily work. Each request is tied to the original file from the vehicle. We do not publish prices here; billing stays in the portal.
A stage 1 file raises output on the stock hardware within the limits we calibrate for that control unit. It is the usual first step for a workshop that wants a defined, repeatable result for a customer car.
A custom file is built around one vehicle and the request that comes with the upload: drivability, a specific load range, or a result you have already measured. It is the right path when a standard stage 1 file is not the brief.
An economy file is aimed at consumption rather than peak power. Fleets, vans and long-distance trucks use it when the brief is lower fuel use on the same route.
Power and torque can be measured on our dyno before and after the file. The measurement is a separate service from the file itself and is booked as a dyno run.
Calibrations are developed and checked on our own dyno in Krostitz. The bench is part of the workshop, so a file is not only written at a desk: the result can be measured on the same site.
A published example of that work is the performance report on the BMW M340d xDrive. The report shows how we document a measurement; it is one vehicle, not a promise for every other model.

We process files from all common master and slave tools. The original read and the modified file stay in the format your tool writes.
Autotuner master and slave files are processed in the file service, including the slave files written by the Autotuner Slave from our shop.
Alientech KESS3 and K-TAG files, both master and slave, are accepted with the original read and the requested change.
Dimsport New Genius and New Trasdata files are handled for master and slave workflows.
Magicmotorsport FLEX master and slave files are processed in the same queue as the other tools.
CMD Flash master and slave files can be uploaded with the original and the brief.
bFlash master and slave files are supported in the same way.
Your tool is not listed? Talk to us – we process files from all common tools.
Newly supported control units are reported on an ongoing basis. Autotuner, Dimsport, Magicmotorsport.
Master/slave files, chiptuning files and remap files are all handled as an original read plus a written brief. Custom tuning files follow the same timing.
Tuning files are prepared for cars, trucks, agricultural machinery and construction machinery. The public vehicle list on this website currently covers over 14,200 vehicles with power figures. That list is the catalogue customers see; a file for a workshop is still ordered from the original read, not from the catalogue alone.
Passenger cars are the largest share of the catalogue, from everyday engines to performance models. A workshop uploads the original file and states whether the brief is stage 1, a custom calibration or economy tuning.
Truck files cover commercial vehicles whose control units are read with a master or slave tool. Economy tuning is a frequent brief when the vehicle spends its life under load.
Tractors and other farm machines are read with the same tools where the control unit is supported. The file follows the original read, as with a car.
Construction equipment is handled when the control unit can be read with a supported tool. Tell us the machine and the read method in the upload.

A revision does not cost additional credits.
New customers receive 1,000 credits with the Autotuner Slave in the VTEC file service. We add the balance after you register in the portal. These are the starter credits for a new slave customer, on the same terms as on the shop product.
Slave tools are sold in our own shop. The slave tool in the shop is the Autotuner Slave. A new slave customer starts with the 1,000 starter credits described above, added after portal registration. Partnership terms, beyond the file workflow on this page, are set out on the partner page.
Support is in German and English, and tuners from abroad are welcome. The portal and its ticket system can be used from anywhere. Service hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm (CET/CEST). A file service for tuners outside Germany uses the same queue, the same maximum of one hour, and the same revision policy.
The file service for dealers uses the same portal account as a workshop account: free registration, credits that do not expire, and support in two languages.
Reach the file-service support by phone, WhatsApp or the ticket system in the portal, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm (CET/CEST). Support languages are German and English. The phone number is +49 34294 843751.
